SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Spokane police say three detectives have been injured in a collision at an intersection.

The department says the three were in a car that was hit by another car running a red light about 7 a.m. Friday at Sharp and Division.

The detectives were taken to a hospital with injuries described as serious but non-life threatening.

Police say the driver of the other car, a 37-year-old woman, appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for investigation of vehicular assault.
