Published: June 6, 2010, 12:00am

The Showtime Baseball Club will have a tribute game at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Battle Ground High School for the family of former player Matt Cossman.

Cossman, a 2008 Battle Ground High grad and Showtime alum, died Friday. He was a first-team all-league outfielder as a senior at Battle Ground and played this past spring with the Clark College club team.

Showtime co-founder Billy Hayes said any Showtime alumni are welcome to play in the game for a $15 donation.

General donations will also be accepted Tuesday to help the Cossman family, Hayes said.

For more information, contact Hayes at 503-789-8303 or e-mail him at showtime2@comcast.net.
