The following have applied to the Washington State Liquor Control Board:

Sally Renee Kostman and Miguel Enrique Mendez, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Provecho Mexican Grill and Cantina, 1801 Main St., Vancouver.

Joseph Michael Depinto, Janet Elaine Henry, Arthur Edwin Rubinett, David George Huey and Michael Henry Berger, for a license to sell beer and wine at 7-Eleven, 5101 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver.

Nazareno M. Sestoso, for a license to sell beer and wine at 1017 Grand, 2835 E. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver.

Samuel Carl Simms, Donald Philip Stewart and Paula Sue Stewart, for a microbrewery license at West Highland Brewing, 18012 N.E. 22nd Way, Vancouver.

Jennifer E. Carrell and Michael N. Carrell, for a license to sell beer and wine at Four-C’s Produce, 6711 N.E. 219th St., Battle Ground.
