McMINNVILLE, Ore. (AP) — Police say no citations were issued to the driver who struck a 4-year-old boy riding a bicycle in McMinnville.
Witnesses told police the boy rode into the street Thursday evening from behind a parked van. The driver didn’t see him. The driver stopped and cooperated with officers.
