Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

CompRite, providing computer sales and repairs, has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space from Karl Seid in the Orchards Square retail center at 6300 N.E. 117th Ave., Suite B-1, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Aug. 1. Lester Riley of Riley & Associates represented the tenant; Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Hurley Development has purchased retail space at Centerpointe II, Northeast Centerpointe Drive and Northeast 88th Street, Vancouver, from Cowlitz Bank. Pam Lindloff and Charlie Kleier of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller and the buyer.

International Anglers Expositions has renewed its lease of 4,300 square feet of office space at EastRidge Business Park, 11807 N.E. 99th St., Suite 1140-50, Vancouver. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant; Byron Roselli and Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

New Age Thinking, providing sales of magic card games, has leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at Orchards Center, 10411 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Pam Lindloff, Gina Barendrick and Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and the tenant.

Pets Only has leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space for distribution use at Salmon Creek Business Center, 14010 N.E. Third Court, Suite A-105, Vancouver. Garret Harper and Charlie Kleier of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Ryonet, a screen printing supply business, has leased 12,060 square feet of industrial space at 11800 N.E. 60th Way, Vancouver, from Craig and Trese Sorenson. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord; Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial represented the tenant.

Van Pizza, a take-out pizza business, has leased 1,408 square feet of retail space at 88th Street Retail, 1218 N.E. 88th St., Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant; Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Washougal Cartridge Company has leased 5,277 square feet of industrial and office space, for the manufacturing and warehousing of ammunition, at the Port of Camas-Washougal, 3695 Truman Road, Building 10, Washougal. Bill Connelly of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
