PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Police have identified a boy killed in a Portland shooting as 17-year-old Billy A. Moore.

The Portland Police Bureau says Moore died Monday evening near a Boys & Girls Club in a shooting believed to be connected to gang violence. An autopsy was scheduled Tuesday.

Moore’s death is the second with a possible link to gangs in four days. Forty-year-old Shawn Decoal Crawford died from a gunshot wound late Friday.
