Jam and Bread Camp: WSU Master Food Preserver volunteers will teach youth from 9-12 years old how to make freezer jam and yeast bread. Class includes instruction, freezer jam and a loaf of bread ready to bake at home and recipes. Class 10 a.m. to noon June 26 at Bi-Zi Farms and July 10 at Kunze Farms. Pressure Gauge Testing: Dial gauges need to be tested each year for accuracy. Master food preserver volunteers will test gauges at Wilco, 815 W.
