Jam and Bread Camp: WSU Master Food Preserver volunteers will teach youth from 9-12 years old how to make freezer jam and yeast bread. Class includes instruction, freezer jam and a loaf of bread ready to bake at home and recipes. Class 10 a.m. to noon June 26 at Bi-Zi Farms and July 10 at Kunze Farms. Pressure Gauge Testing: Dial gauges need to be tested each year for accuracy. Master food preserver volunteers will test gauges at Wilco, 815 W. Main St., Battle Ground, from 11 a.m. to noon July 10 and 24, Aug. 7 and 28, Sept. 11 and 25 and Oct. 9. $3 fee for each lid tested.
