MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) — A 29-year-old Medford man faces murder and assault charges in the death of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old daughter.
The Mail Tribune newspaper reports that a grand jury indicted Benjamin James George on Tuesday on charges of murder, murder by abuse and assault.
Kacy Sue Lunsford died June 12 at a Portland hospital, where she was taken with bleeding in the brain that can be caused by severe shaking.
