RENTON, Wash. (AP) — Another offseason, another left knee operation for Seahawks receiver Deion Branch.
It Seems as if that is all Branch has done since arriving in Seattle four seasons ago.
Branch was back on the field this week for Seattle’s final minicamp, doing individual drills. He didn’t participate in any 11-on-11 activities, but Branch says Wednesday he should be full go when the Seahawks open training camp at the end of July.
He will need to be at his best. The receiver position is likely to be one of the most watched competitions when the Seahawks open their first camp under coach Pete Carroll.
Branch says his April knee surgery wasn’t as invasive as one during the 2009 offseason, and his rehab is progressing on schedule.
