TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for setting 13 arson fires this spring in shrubbery in Tacoma.

Police say detectives identified a suspect and he confessed Tuesday while being questioned. He said he set the landscaping fires because he was upset by a traffic ticket. He’s jailed for investigation of arson.

His teenage brother is accused of helping set three of the fires in trees and bushes. He was booked into juvenile detention.
