SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Spokane police say a body has been pulled from the Spokane River. Officer Mike Carr says police and the Spokane County sheriff’s dive team responded Wednesday evening to recover the body.

Police say they don’t yet have an identification, a cause of death or an estimate of how long the body has been in the river.
