SEATTLE (AP) — The son of Seattle strip club mogul Frank Colacurcio Sr. is pleading guilty in federal court to one count of racketeering conspiracy.

Frank Colacurcio Jr.’s lawyer, John Wolfe, says he is scheduled to enter the plea in U.S. District Court at 10:30 a.m. Friday. Other charges against Colacurcio Jr., including mail fraud and conspiracy to launder money, will be dropped.

Last year prosecutors charged the Colacurcios and four associates as part of a racketeering investigation into rampant prostitution and other crimes at Seattle-area strip clubs. The others have already pleaded guilty, and Colacurcio Jr.’s plea leaves his 93-year-old father as the only remaining defendant.

The four strip clubs have all been shut down.
