Mike Bomar, 30, is the new executive director of the Southwest Washington Contractors Association, the 200-member group announced on Friday. He replaces Randy Graves, who resigned in March.

Bomar previously worked for the Building Industry Association of Clark County, most recently as public affairs director for the homebuilder group.

Bomar will be charged with increasing the organization’s membership base. The contractors’ group represents commercial general contractors and affiliate businesses and operates a construction plan center at 7017 N.E. Highway 99, Suite 214, in Vancouver.
