• Scott McFeron was promoted to coffee sales supervisor at Corwin Beverage Company. In this position, he will be in charge of selling Corwin’s new coffee line, Vittoria Coffee. McFeron, previously on-premise fountain sales manager, has worked for Corwin Beverage for 10 years. With his wife, Nicki McFeron, he also co-owns Ground Central Station on East Fourth Plain Boulevard at Grand Boulevard in Vancouver.

• Theresa Wagner was hired as the communications manager for the Port of Vancouver. Wagner will oversee communications and media and public relations. She has served as Sen. Patty Murray’s Southwest Washington regional director, worked for other elected officials and spent several years as communications manager for the southwest region of the Washington State Department of Transportation.

• On July 1, Don Jacobs and his NW Injury Law Center will move to the George DuBois home, 514 W. Ninth St., about five blocks from the former office. George and Nellie DuBois constructed the house on Ninth Street in 1904. Jacobs is a principal partner in the Vancouver-based law firm and has been practicing law for more than 30 years.

• Dennis L. Breitenstein was recognized as an MVP Top Producer by Pacific West Securities for the fifth-straight year. The top 5 percent of Pacific West’s associates are honored each year. Breitenstein established his firm, City Financial Group, in 1982.

New business news

• Vanessa Livingston opened Chop Shop Barbers at 2404 W. Main St., Suite 103, Battle Ground, on June 19. The shop is located in the Battle Ground Albertson’s Shopping Center. Hours: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

• Goops Unlimited Children’s Publishing opened Goops Creative Space at 1811 Main St., Suite 200, in Uptown Village. The publishing company produces activity, how-to and story books for children. The creative space will be used for events and services to benefit creative youth in the community.

• Patina’s Cucina has opened at the Rusty Grape Vineyard, 16712 N.E. 219th St., Battle Ground. Patina’s will serve artisan cheeses, fresh breads, snacks, beer and wine. Hours are the same as the weekend winery hours: noon to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 12:30 to 6 p.m. Sunday.

• The Kearney Breast Center at Southwest Washington Medical Center has been granted a three-year full accreditation designation by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, a program administered by the American College of Surgeons.
