SEATTLE (AP) — A second-year MBA student from Seattle has been named by Gov. Chris Gregoire as the student representative to the University of Washington Board of Regents.
Frances J. Youn will serve for one year beginning July 1.
She earned her B.A. from UW in 2002, with a double major in sociology and societies and justice. As an undergrad, she was active in student government and on the student newspaper and she has volunteered in the community.
