The Parks Foundation is selling engraved bricks in Propstra Square to support the ongoing care of Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver.

The bricks will be set around the bell tower in Propstra Square and present an opportunity to commemorate a loved one or friend, the foundation said in a release.

Each brick is $100 and holds up to 18 characters. The order deadline for summer 2010 inscription is July 9.

For more information, or to place an order, call the Parks Foundation at 619-1170 or e-mail admin@parksfoundation.us.
