KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) — Police arrested a 44-year-old Klamath Falls man on felony charges of unlawful possession and manufacture of marijuana.
Richard Howard Kellison is also charged with harassment and resisting Monday night’s arrest.
The Herald and News reports that Kellison remained in the county jail Tuesday. Bail was set at $50,000.
