Vancouver’s Downtown Association is encouraging the estimated 10,000 workers in downtown to “vote for vitality” and shop where they work.

The association’s Messaging Committee, part of VDA’s Downtown Retail Strategy Team, has prepared a card that will be hand-delivered to downtown employers to share with their employees starting today. The information can also be found on the association’s Web site at http://www.vdausa.org/, along with a color-coded map that shows the concentration of various business types and a list of downtown businesses.
