SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Two people were trapped in a car at least five hours early Monday morning after an accident in Spokane County.
KREM reports the vehicle rolled around 2 a.m. and went 50 feet off Stevens Creek Road, down and embankment and almost into a creek near Valleyford.
Emergency crews closed the Palouse Highway so a Medstar Helicopter could pick up one of the patients. The other was taken to a hospital by ambulance.
