Blake Bier, sr., Prairie: Placed eighth at 3A state in pole vault last year.

Kyle Boe, sr., Columbia River: Two-time All-Region cross country athlete of the year.

Kevin Boyd, jr., Skyview: The 2009 4A GSHL co-track athlete of the year is coming back from ACL injury.

Jon Lawson, sr., Prairie: 3A state leader in the shot put this season and second in discus.

Matthew Lloyd, sr., Camas: Has second-best 3A mark in the state in the shot put.

C.J. Hatchett, sr., Heritage: Placed eighth at 4A state in 400 meters for Evergreen last year.

Mikey Lauritzen, sr., Camas: Ranks second in the javelin this season, also runs hurdles.

Austin McCrum, sr., Stevenson: He’s already cleared 14-0 this season in pole vault.

Michael Quintana, so., Heritage: Emerging young sprinter also has fourth-best long jump in state this season.

Jacob Troupe, jr., Union: Placed third at 3A state in high jump last year; leads state among 3A athletes in long jump this year.
