TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — The fourth person charged in a fatal home-invasion robbery linked to a Craigslist ad has turned himself in.

King County Jail spokesman Major William Hayes says 23-year-old Clabon T. Berniard turned himself in to the Seattle jail around 1 p.m. Thursday. Berniard was later transferred to the Pierce County Jail in Tacoma.

The Pierce County sheriff’s office had sought Berniard on a nationwide arrest warrant on charges of murder, robbery and assault.

Two other men waived extradition from California and a woman entered a not guilty plea in Tacoma on Wednesday. All face the same charges.

James Sanders of the Pierce County community of Edgewood was fatally shot on April 28 at his home by robbers who showed up on the pretext of purchasing an expensive ring he had advertised on the Internet site.
