SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle police internal affairs detectives are looking at a video provided to KIRO-TV that shows officers kicking a suspect on the ground.
The man was detained early on April 17 by officers looking for a robbery suspect. The video shows one officers making a racist comment and stomping on the man’s hand. Another officer stomps on the man’s leg.
It turned out he was not the robbery suspect and they let him man go.
