ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — Cleveland Indians center fielder Grady Sizemore was out of the starting lineup for Monday night’s game against Tampa Bay, one day after he bruised his left knee.

Trevor Crowe replaced Sizemore, who had started in 31 of the Indians’ first 35 games this season.

Sizemore has struggled offensively this year, hitting .211 with no homers and 13 RBIs in 33 games.

Crowe was recalled from Triple-A Columbus on Saturday when infielder Andy Marte was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a non-baseball medical issue.
