KELSO, Wash. (AP) — A former Longview youth pastor accused of having sex with a teenage girl pleaded guilty Tuesday to child rape, molestation and sexual misconduct with a minor under his supervision.

The Daily News of Longview reports prosecutors are recommending five years in prison when 43-year-old Michael Louis Anthony is sentenced June 29 in Cowlitz County Superior Court.

The former youth pastor at Calvary Chapel admitted having consensual sex with the girl over the past two years, beginning when she was 15, at his home, churches and a park. A police officer found the two partially undressed in February in a van at Gerhart Gardens Park.

Calvary Chapel Pastor Al Fredrich says he fired Anthony in September at the request of Anthony’s wife.
