Boat passenger dies near Grays Harbor, Wash.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The U.S. Coast Guard says a 70-year-old man who lost consciousness on a charter boat near Grays Harbor, Wash., has died.

A helicopter crew from Astoria, Ore., and a lifeboat crew from Grays Harbor responded to the scene Thursday.

The Coast Guard says a crewman from the lifeboat performed CPR, but man was pronounced dead on shore.

The man’s name is being withheld until relatives are notified
