Cascades Locks man convicted of shooting at boat

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A Cascades Locks man was convicted Tuesday in Portland for shooting at four fishermen in a boat he didn’t want near his house on the Columbia River.

KPTV reports a Multnomah County judge found James Koch guilty of unlawful use of a weapon, recklessly endangering and menacing.

No one was hurt. Koch will be sentenced Nov. 19.
