CHICAGO (AP) — Indiana State placed three players in double figures and shot 50 percent in a season-opening 69-46 rout of Texas-Pan American in the Nick Kladis Classic on Friday night.

Printy and Koang Doluony each hit three 3-pointers and scored 11 points to pace Indiana State. Jake Kelly added 10 points, and Carl Richard had a game-high 13 rebounds.

Perry Petty’s 11 points led Texas-Pan American, which shot only 24.5 percent and was outrebounded 38-26.

The Sycamores won in the debut of head coach Greg Lansing. The meeting against Texas-Pan American was the first between the schools.
