CLEVELAND (AP) — Carlton Guyton scored a game-high 19 points, including 5-for-5 from three-point range, to lead Kent State to a 90-49 blowout win over Bryant on Saturday in the third game of the World Vision Classic.
The Golden Flashes (2-0) led 39-29 at halftime thanks to 11 second-chance points, but a second half offensive explosion sealed the win for Kent State.
The Bulldogs (0-2) were outscored 51-20 in the second half, including 30-2 in the paint and 38-11 in bench points.
Kent State shot 20-for-36 (55.6 percent) from the floor in the second half as 12 players scored a basket, including Michael Porrini who notched a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
