Leadership Clark County announces alumnus award

Debra Hentz, 2007 graduate of Leadership Clark County and a past board member of the organization, has been selected to receive the 2010 Outstanding Alumnus award, the nonprofit community leadership group announced Friday.

Hentz is a program specialist at Clark College and is responsible for establishing the first stand-alone satellite student affairs office at the new Columbia Tech Center campus. She previously spent 18 years with Hewlett-Packard.

Leadership Clark County will present Hentz with the award in a ceremony set for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay.
