Giants OT Beatty active for 1st time since opener

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — Offensive tackle Will Beatty has been activated for the New York Giants’ game against the Cowboys. It’s the first time he’s dressed for a game since breaking his right foot in the season opener.

The Giants inactives Sunday include offensive tackle David Diehl, center Shaun O’Hara, receiver Steve Smith, fullback Madison Hedgecock, linebacker Gerris Wilkinson, returner Darius Reynaud and defensive linemen Linval Joseph and Alex Hall.

The Cowboys inactives are quarterback Tony Romo, defensive ends Jason Hatcher and Sean Lissemore, offensive linemen Phil Costa, Sam Young and Jeremy Parnell, linebacker Brandon Williams and receiver Kevin Ogletree.
