DENVER (AP) — The Kansas City Chiefs will be without receiver and return specialist Dexter McCluster against Denver.

McCluster is out for a third straight game with an ankle injury. The Chiefs also are missing safeties Kendrick Lewis (hamstring) and Jon McGraw (knee).

The Broncos will be without linebacker Robert Ayers (foot) for Sunday’s game. The team also deactivated healthy tailback Laurence Maroney in favor of Lance Ball, who was recently promoted from the practice squad.

Linebacker D.J. Williams won’t start for Denver following his arrest on suspicion of drunken driving Friday morning, although he is expected to play.
