Injured Zettel to skip Aspen, Lake Louise races

VIENNA (AP) — World super-combined champion Kathrin Zettel will skip the next two World Cup races to rest her left knee.

The 24-year-old Austrian told the Austria Press Agency on Monday that “the knee has got a lot better but we’re still working on a pain-free return.”

Zettel’s ongoing knee problems worsened in the offseason.
