KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) — Guillermo Ramirez had two goals to lead Guatemala past Guyana 3-0 Wednesday night in a soccer exhibition in suburban Atlanta.

Ramirez scored in the 30th minute, receiving a pass from the midfield, taking two crossover steps into the penalty area and driving a shot with his left foot into the right corner of the net.

He scored again in the 64th minute with an assist from Mario Rafael Rodriguez.

Transito Montepeque opened the scoring in the 25th minute when he took the ball into the penalty area and drilled a low liner that deflected off goalkeeper Jason Lloyd.

This was the first international men’s match held at KSU Soccer Stadium, home of the Atlanta Beat women’s professional team. Guatemala is No. 126 in the FIFA rankings, while Guyana is 86th.
