JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — The Jacksonville Jaguars could be without first-round draft pick Tyson Alualu against Cleveland on Sunday.
Alualu was listed as doubtful on Friday’s injury report with a knee injury. He was limited in practice all week. The Jaguars already are without defensive linemen Aaron Kampman and D’Anthony Smith. Both are on injured reserve.
Receiver Mike Sims-Walker returned to practice on a limited basis after spraining his right ankle against Houston. He was listed as probable. So were linebacker Justin Durant (shin) and defensive end Jeremy Mincey (hand).
Alualu, the 10th overall pick in April’s draft, has started every game this season. He has 48 tackles and 212 sacks. If he can’t play, Leger Douzable and C.J. Mosley would get more playing time.
