The National Weather Service has issued a warning for urban flooding for all of Clark County until 9:15 tonight.
NWS spotters specifically noted water on roadways up to 6 inches deep from Vancouver and Camas.
Rain is expected to continue this evening with an additional 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch.
