KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) — Oregon window and door manufacturer Jeld-Wen has sold three central Oregon resorts it recently placed on the market.

The privately held company based in Klamath Falls notified resort homeowners Friday that a partnership led by Northview Hotel Group of Westport, Conn. has purchased the properties. They include Eagle Crest near Redmond, Brasada Ranch in Powell Butte near Bend, and the Running Y in Klamath Falls. Also sold was Ridgewater Properties, adjacent to the Running Y.

Oaktree Capital Management LP is Northview’s financial backer in the deal, which did not include the Silver Mountain ski resort in north Idaho.

Jeld-Wen did not put up for sale its interest in Suncadia, a large destination resort in Roslyn, Wash.

Terms of the deal were unavailable.
