NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — Seton Hall will be without its top scorer for the next few weeks.

The university announced Saturday that Jeremy Hazell broke a bone in his left wrist during the Pirates 83-78 win over Alabama on Friday night in the first round of the Paradise Jam tournament in the Virgin Islands.

Assistant athletic director Matt Sweeney said the 6-foot-5 senior is expected to miss 4 to 6 weeks.

Hazell has averaged 24 points through the season’s first three games and scored a game-high 27 points in the win over Alabama.
