Cowlitz County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 39-year-old woman Thursday after she allegedly went to the Woodland home of a medical marijuana grower, fired a .38-caliber revolver into the air and took five pot plants back to her home in Kelso.
Rebecca Kathleen Hall was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault and first-degree robbery and jailed, with bail initially set at $75,000, according to a bulletin from the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office.
The alleged victim, Delbert Greer, 53, who lives on Old Lewis River Road in Woodland, had grown marijuana for Hall previously but her medical-marijuana card had expired, the bulletin said.
A witness confirmed the account of the robbery and sheriff’s deputies went to Hall’s home, the bulletin said. There, officials said, they found the handgun and stolen plants.
