Wisconsin-Green Bay beats North Dakota State 71-69

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Rahmon Fletcher scored 24 points and Wisconsin-Green Bay beat North Dakota State 71-69 Saturday.

The Phoenix (3-3) edged past NDSU (3-3), entering halftime tied at 33 and outscoring the Phoenix by one bucket in the second half, 38-36.

Bryquis Perine scored 18 points, pulled down two rebounds and had two assists for the Phoenix. Steve Baker added 14 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Fletcher was 9 of 18 in the field, and 6 of 6 from the free-throw line.

Marshall Bjorklund led the Bison offense with 14 points. Bjorklund also pulled down five rebounds.

Eric Carlson added 11 points, two assists and four rebounds. Drew Lundberg added 10 points and five rebounds, while Michael Tveidt had 10 points and four assists.

NDSU had 17 points from the bench, including seven points from Nate Zastrow and six points from TrayVonn Wright.
