Evergreen Cleaners has renewed its lease of 3,868 square feet at Evergreen Plaza, 12010 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver. Cap Berri of Elliott Associates represented the landlord and the tenant.
Stewart Title Company has amended its lease of 5,677 square feet of office space at Park Tower 1, 201 N.E. Park Plaza Drive, Suite 105, Vancouver. Jason Green of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant; Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
