MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Alexi Casilla hit a two-out, two-run single in the ninth inning Saturday and the Minnesota Twins rallied past the Toronto Blue Jays 5-4.
The win left the Twins, the New York Yankees and Tampa Bay tied with an AL-leading 94 victories. Minnesota has only one game left, Tampa Bay plays twice and the Yankees have three left in the race for best record and home-field advantage in the playoffs.
