1st razor clam dig of fall set for Washington

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Washington’s Department of Fish and Wildlife has approved the first razor clam dig of the fall season.

The dig will start at noon this Thursday at Twin Harbors Beach and last through Sunday. Beaches at Copalis, Mocrocks, Kalaloch and Long Beach will be open for digging on Friday and Saturday. No digging will be allowed before noon on any of the five beaches.
