KENT, Wash. (AP) — A man who was struck and killed by a car in Kent had just rolled his car in a nearby ditch.
The Washington State Patrol says 29-year-old Robert Joe of Des Moines was walking through an intersection against the light early Sunday when he was hit.
KIRO-TV reports the driver was taken into custody for investigation of drunken driving.
