PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Portland police say a 20-year-old man who was stabbed twice in the back at the Lloyd Center Max station is expected to recover after surgery.
The man and his girlfriend were waiting on the platform Sunday evening when they were approached by two women who had a dispute with the girlfriend. During the altercation a man showed up and stabbed the 20-year-old before fleeing.
The two women were arrested a short time later.
