ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) — Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden has been ruled out of Sunday’s game against San Diego with a right hamstring injury.

Coach Tom Cable said Friday that backup running back Michael Bennett and left guard Robert Gallery will also miss the game with hamstring injuries, and linebacker Thomas Howard is out with a knee injury. Starting outside linebacker Quentin Groves is questionable with a hamstring injury

McFadden is second in the NFL with 554 yards from scrimmage. He will be replaced by Michael Bush, who missed the first two games with a broken thumb and played sparingly the past two weeks.

Starting middle linebacker Rolando McClain rejoined the team Friday after tending to a death in the family.
