Vancouver City Council, 6 p.m., City Hall, 210 E. 13th St.; consent agenda: 2010 city slurry seal and micro-surfacing project, construction acceptance and release of retainage; award of bid for tree planting and five-year maintenance services; renewal of interlocal agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to control nuisance invasive species of animals; conservation easement to state Department of Transportation; public hearing: council resolution in opposition to Initiatives 1100 and 1105; old business: resolution of ethics committee investigation.

Woodland City Council, 7 p.m., City Hall, 100 Davidson Ave.: Budget work session; special meeting to discuss proposed 2011 preliminary budget. A copy of the proposed 2011 preliminary budget will be available to the public on or after Nov. 19 at the clerk-treasurer office in the City Hall Annex.
