A free sexual assault seminar for women will be held Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at East West Martial Arts, 6204 N.E. Highway 99.
The workshop will cover the legal aspect of self defense, basic defense strategies and information on community resources that are available to women who experience sexual assault.
Local law enforcement officers, self-defense experts and the YWCA will give presentations.
