SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle police say a 55-year-old woman jogging in a city park was attacked by a man, punching her several times.

The woman was able to fight off the man, but the suspect remains at large. The man eluded an air and ground search on Friday at Seward Park.

Police say the woman said she was jogging at the park when she encountered the man. They talked and they both went their separate ways. Then, suddenly, she was attacked.

The woman said the man was armed with a knife, between 18 and 30 and African-American.
