VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — The Vancouver City Council has reprimanded Councilwoman Jeanne Harris and removed her from boards and commissions where she represented the council.

The Columbian reports the council took the action Monday after Harris accepted an ethics committee report and apologized for disrespectful behavior at a Sept. 13 meeting.

At the meeting Harris quarreled with another council member and demanded that the mayor “gavel down” a speaker at a hearing on tolling and light rail. A video of the meeting drew more than 110,000 views on YouTube.
