SEATTLE (AP) — Another employee with the state Department of Licensing has been charged with taking bribes in exchange for fake IDs.

Federal prosecutors have charged Melinda Kay Johnson, who worked in the agency’s Bellevue office, with one count of conspiracy to commit unlawful production of identity documents. She was arrested on Thursday.

The Seattle Times reports Johnson is the third Department of Licensing employee charged since June for taking money in exchange for providing fake identification. Court documents say the cases are apparently not related.

DOL spokesman Tony Sermonti says Johnson has been placed on administrative leave.
